Lots of promise of things to come. It looks abit damp as well.
Lots of gaps at the moment.
This bit is always damp and in the shade, the ground elder which you can see comes from next door. I don't think these much we can do about getting rid of it, apart from to move house.

Can you put a pipe that drains the water away? Your garden look like it is starting to come to life.
