Jam Making

First time at making jam. I even had to buy the Jam Pan. It need to earn its keep now. I guess everybodys for jar of jam costs £20.00!!!

It worked out fine btw, and very nice on toast.

I'd been thinking about having a go for a while, then a lady at work bought in a fruitbox full from her tree, so it seemed the ideal time.

I've since made plum jelly from our own plums, this seems to have worked out very well, apart from, I must remember in future that I do have a funnel!!!
